DIAGRAMS - EXISTING CONDITIONS (GROUPWORK)
One set of colour coded diagrams should show the different programmes that are present in the current library
The other set of colour coded diagrams should show public spaces, semi-public spaces and private spaces.
MASTERPLAN (GROUPWORK)
SCHEME 1: Demolish the Redmond Berry reading room to create large opening for Russell St. And demolish all rooms on the axis connecting La Trobe St and Little Lonsdale St so that there is a large open area for garden.
SCHEME 2: Demolish parts of quarters around the dome to allow access from RMIT building to library across La Trobe St and make people from street can see the dome directly. Also, make the entrance on Russell St larger.
