"As you get closer to the State library, you realize the library is disintegrating------- many fragments are falling down, they are like pixels spliting away off the building. when you are standing in front of the library, you feel like these fragments may fall on you. This makes you feel strongly this library is disappearing and begin to recall what the library used to look like.......

Some parts is disintegrating a lot. It's like corroded by chemicals and this forms opening naturally. The facades of some parts of the library are in ruins and the interior and original structure expose. The framework exposes as well. Ruin on the ground is large seating area. Some of fragments in the sky are small lookout room. They are supported by glass structure which can reflect surroundings and fragments are seem like floating in the sky. At the same time, scaffolds are built from outside to interior to support the whole building. You can go through these scaffolds.  Also, new structures are built intersecting with the disintegrating part, which brings you strong feeling that the new one is replacing the old one. The simple spiral structure means there will be a new spiral form library. It looks like unfinished, half is concrete wall and half is still scaffold. Since columns are disintegraing, pathway is formed naturally in between.

The library shows the moment that it is disintegrating and new forms are built at the same time."
